This page describes the methods and logic applied in processing the personal data of users (hereinafter, also “users”) who visit the website: www.aedb11.com (hereinafter, also the “Site”).

This information is provided in accordance with Article 13 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 (Personal Data Protection Code) and the GDPR no. 679/2016 to all users who, by interacting with the Site, provide their personal data to AEDB11 DOOEL Skopje.

This privacy policy applies only to this Site and does not extend to any other websites that may be accessed through hyperlinks.

The data controller of the collected data is: AEDB11 DOOEL Skopje, Alija Avdovik 16, 1000 Skopje.

Data processing related to the information request form takes place at the company’s registered office and is carried out, using electronic tools and appropriate security measures, by staff assigned to data processing.

Types of Data and Purpose of Processing

All personal data provided through the Site will be processed lawfully and fairly to provide the requested services and to respond to users’ communications and inquiries, always in line with the institutional purposes of AEDB11 DOOEL Skopje.

Data Voluntarily Provided
Through the Site, users may send inquiries and communications via the contact information provided. Providing such data is mandatory and necessary to respond to the inquiries and to contact the sender for clarifications regarding the submitted message.

Browsing Data
This category includes IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users connecting to the site, URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numeric code indicating the server’s response status (successful, error, etc.), and other parameters related to the user’s operating system and IT environment. These browsing data are not collected to identify users but solely to obtain anonymous statistical information on the use of the Site and its services.

User Contact Data
Personal data for direct contact or through a newsletter, including the following types and data:

  1. Mailing list or newsletter: name, surname, email
  2. Contact forms: name, surname, email, phone number
  3. Phone contact: phone number, name, and surname
  4. Location-based interactions: non-continuous geolocation, data used: geographic location
  5. Viewing content from external platforms: Google Maps widget, YouTube video widget, Google Fonts, data used: cookies and usage data

Cookies

Cookies are small text files sent by visited websites to the user’s device, where they are stored and then sent back to the same websites during subsequent visits.

The Site uses:

  • Session cookies: not used to collect personal identification data, limited to transmitting session identifiers in the form of numbers automatically generated by the server.
  • Analytics cookies: used to collect aggregated information on the number of users and how they visit the Site. The site uses the Google Analytics service, whose cookie policy is available at: https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/6004245.
    To respect user privacy, the service uses the “_anonymizeip” function, which anonymizes users’ IP addresses (more details available on the functionality). Data are collected solely to produce anonymous statistical information on Site usage and to verify its proper functioning. Browsing data may only be used to identify users if required for the investigation of computer crimes.

Technical cookies are not used for profiling purposes.

Users who do not wish to register via Facebook can choose to enable or disable cookies through their browser settings.

User Rights
Users may exercise their rights under Article 7 of the Privacy Code at any time, including obtaining confirmation of the existence of their personal data, knowing its content and origin, verifying its accuracy, or requesting its integration, update, or correction. Users may also request the deletion, anonymization, or blocking of data processed in violation of the law and may object to its processing for legitimate reasons. Users may also request the updated list of all Data Processors appointed by the Data Controller via the same contact details.

This Site’s Privacy Policy is subject to updates; users are therefore encouraged to periodically review its content.
